Missing your regular workout at the Centre?  We are still here for our community and are excited to share some online exercise programs to support the health and well-being of everyone staying at home.  All free, just visit the links below.  Extra bonus, our videos will give you a chance to meet our new Fitness Manager, Heidi Kafura!  

While the COVID-19 coronavirus has definitely altered our daily routines, we encourage you to take advantage of these virtual workouts. We hope to see you back at the Centre in the not-too-distant future. Stay well!


Centre Stay at Home Bingo

We have created a Stay at Home Bingo that you can use to stay active. Upon our reopen, bring your completed card in for a fun Centre prize.  Print it or just keep track and complete a printed version when we reopen.

Heidi, our Fitness Manager, put together some workouts.  See these all on our YouTube Channel.  We will add more workouts and options over the next week or two. 


Zumba with Nicole

If you are missing your weekly Zumba classes, join Nicole on Mondays and Wednesdays at 5:00 PM.  Her class is live via Google Hangouts.


Don't Have Weights At Home?

Our partners at Les Mills made 95 virtual workouts across eight class categories available for free. Just ignore the green "subscribe" button on the page, and use the "click here for more" drop-down menu to sort through all of the workouts.
