1000 Minute Club
The goal of this challenge is pretty simple! Exercise for 1000 minutes! If you can get 1000 minutes of physical activity in at the Centre in the month of February, you will be entered into a drawing for a free personal training session!

Crazy Core Challenge
Challenge your core all month long with a variety of different exercises! We will work on anti-rotation, anti-flexion, and anti-extension movements for a rock solid core!

Fastest to 500
How fast can you row? This fitness center challenge features the row machine. Get on and see how fast you can row 500 meters. Try as many times as you want throughout the month and see if you can get your name on the top of the leaderboard.

Cardio Room Workout Challenge
Are you getting bored with your cardio routine? Looking for a new challenge? During this month, take the challenge to try all of our predesigned workouts for the treadmill, ARC Trainer, elliptical, and stationary bike.

50 Pushup Challenge
Traditional pushups are beneficial for building upper body strength. They work the triceps, pectoral muscles, and shoulders. Doing pushups every day can be effective if you’re looking for a consistent exercise routine to follow. You will likely notice gains in upper body strength if you do pushups regularly. Take the 30-day 50 Pushup Challenge!
