Forever Fit
Conditioned muscles burn more calories than ones that are not. This class is designed to strengthen major muscle groups while increasing core strength and balance. As a result, your body will burn more calories throughout the day. All levels of fitness are welcome as modifications will be provided. Must be 15 years or older or have completed Teen Fit to participate.
