Individual Personal Training

Take your training to the next level.  Work one-on-one with one of the Centre’s personal trainers.  A personal trainer will conduct a personal consultation and a fitness assessment to aid in the design of your program. He or she will also help you set realistic goals based on your fitness level and interests. Start with a consultation and begin the road to meeting your health and wellness goals.

Personal Consultation

  • meet one-on-one with a Centre Personal Trainer for 30 minutes
  • discuss your fitness, nutrition, and wellness goals; learn more about the services that will help you meet these goals

Fitness Assessment

  • meet one-on-one with a Centre Personal Trainer for 30 minutes
  • get an assessment of your current physical state so you can measure progress as you work toward your goals
  • establish a fitness baseline to help monitor progress and establish new fitness goals.

Small Group Personal Training

Train in a small group!  Work out with 1 or 2 friends and a Centre personal trainer.  You will get a tailored plan to stay motivated and reach your shared fitness, nutrition, and wellness goals.  This is a fully customizable schedule for how often and how long you work together.  All prices are per participant.

Nutrition Coaching

Meet with a nutrition coach to get recommendations on a balanced diet, grocery list, and healthy recipes. Learn about overall nutrition, calories, and macronutrients. Schedule your first 30 minute appointment to set healthier food habits and create results that last. Meal plans not included, for more specific diet recommendations see a Registered Dietitian.

Individual Program Design

A personal trainer will help you design a workout program to meet your personal needs. The program design plan includes:

  • 4 week detailed program
  • personal consultation, fitness assessment, and educational information

This is ideal for intermediate and advanced exercisers, busy people with constant schedule challenges, or those with very specific goals such as marathon, triathlon, body building, powerlifting, and weight loss.

Due to the complexity of many strength-training and conditioning programs, novice exercisers should begin with a hands-on trainer.

Centre Institute for Athletes

The CIA program builds on an athletic foundation while staying focused on each athlete’s individual goals.

The workouts will continually become more challenging once basic techniques and skills have been mastered.

Athletes are closely supervised by certified trainers, with priority on proper technique and safety.

CIA offers a unique program for groups of athletes and sport teams at all levels. This program is designed to improve athletic ability of each participant year round.

Our program can include all or some of the following:

  • Speed: acceleration, deceleration, linear and lateral movement techniques, running mechanics
  • Strength: thorough instruction, focus on upper body, lower body, and core
  • Power: olympic lifting, plyometrics, medicine ball, jumping & landing techniques
  • Conditioning: competition ready preparation
  • Flexibility: various forms of stretching and mobility work
  • Injury Reduction: identify & correct muscular imbalances, balance and stabilization
  • Nutrition Education: lessons, tips, advice

CIA is perfect for athletes who want to:

  • Train offsite
  • Take their training to the next level
  • Start a specific program for the first time
  • Learn proper training methods

Participants will have the opportunities to utilize the latest equipment in the fitness industry including: Kettlebells, TRX Suspension, battle ropes, agility equipment and more!

Personal Training, Coaching, and Program packages must be used within 6 months of purchase date and are for Centre Members 10+ years old.

*All our packages can be added to your monthly membership dues for an electronic funds transfer (EFT). After 6 months of consecutive EFT Personal Training, subsequent months will be discounted 15%.
