Workout & Earn a Chance to Win Great Centre Prizes by Playing FUNOPOLY for Seniors.

Object of the Game:  To purchase all 22 "properties". You "buy a property" by attending a class or event and having a staff member initial the square. The game begins Monday, January 2nd. Your last chance to "buy property" is Friday, February17th. Turn in your completed game board to the Senior Advisor by Monday, February 20th to be eligible to enter the drawing for prizes. One game board per person.  Only one property can be "purchased" per visit.

Cardio Workout refers to:

Using any cardio machine in the fitness center.

Attend Yoga Rise and Shine, Yogastretch, or Body Flow:

Attending a mind-body workout such as the classes listed.

Learn how to use a new machine refers to:

Talking with the fitness center staff and learn a new exercise or how to use a piece of fitness equipment correctly.

Attend ZumbaGold or Senior Cardio refers to:

Attending a cardio workout such as the classes listed.

Attend MSROM or Strength II:

Participating in a strength workout such as the classes listed.

Attend a water class or use the rowing machine:

Attending an water workout in the water or using the rowing machine in the fitness center.

Attend a game day or potluck refers to:

any scheduled game days (Thursdays from 12:30p,-2:00pm. Potlucks are the 2nd Friday of each month from 12:45pm-1:45pm. Please bring a dish to pass. (January 13th or February10th)

Bring a friend or spouse day refers to:

bringing in your spouse, significant other, or a friend to workout with you for FREE. Get fit and have FUN together!

Socializing before/after your workout refers to:

Coming ½ hour earlier or staying ½ after a class or workout and visit with other members over a cup of coffee or other beverage.

The senior coordinator for the Centre is Rochelle Haugen who will acquaint you with the Centre and answer any questions you might have. Meet her to "purchase a property". Her direct phone number is 715-243-0854 to set up a time.

Join us for "Fun'Opoly" January 1st through February 17th.  Pick up your card at the front desk to start "buying property".  This event will challenge you to try new things, once you have all your properties purchased (initialed off), turn in this card.  We will have a raffle drawing at the end of February for the chance to win prizes!
