Basketball Shooting Instructions

Jay Wolf, professional shooting instructor and president of the Starr Shooter Company LLC will take you through the proper mechanics of the one-hand shot (the best way to shoot a basketball.)  He will provide you with personalized drills designed to coordinate with results from a video analysis of each person's shooting mechanics.  He will help to develop a quick release, how to improve free throw percentage to 90% or higher, and show you the best way to practice.  Jay is trained instructor for all skill levels from beginners to pros.
