A variation of soccer played indoors with a weighted ball to help develop technical and tactical abilities by forcing players to maneuver and make decisions in confined spaces.
Late Summer Soccer
The Centre and New Richmond Community Education have partnered to bring you The Late Summer Soccer Program which is New Richmond's largest youth soccer program. Most years between 300-400 kids grades K-5 (co-ed) participate in this fun sport. The kids will practice for 2 weeks and then scrimmage the other teams in the grade level for the rest of the weekends. This program is all about fun! To end the season, the last weekend ends with Soccerpalooza. It's a day full of tournaments and fun soccer stations where kids will win prizes!

Romp and Stomp
Bring your little one’s in for a morning of tumbling on the mats or jumping in the bounce house. Romp and Stomp time is parent led.
Youth Basketball - Little Tiger: Sports Sampler
This sport sampler will be a great way to introduce your child to a sport and prepare them to play at the next level. Focus on fundamental skills in basketball, soccer, t-ball, and more. Additionally, the participants will focus on rules of the game and be exposed to the important concepts of team work and good sportsmanship. This is a co-sponsored class with Community Ed.
Register through Community Ed. Class will be held at the Centre.
Youth Basketball: Tiger Cubs
Emphasis on skills and drills on Saturday mornings for girls and boys. No formal basketball games will be played, but will have fun skills and drills games. Kids will be coached by volunteer adults. Please think about volunteering for this great program. This is a co-sponsored class with Community Ed.

Sunday Night Sports
Sunday Night Sports is a perfect option for youth and families to be active on Sundays. Activities will include soccer, basketball, tee ball, floor hockey, gym games, obstacle courses, castle jumper, and more! The program will start with an active warm-up and rotate through 5-10 skill stations that focus on fundamentals. Each day will finish up with fun tag games and the castle jumper. Parents are encouraged to participate if they want to.
Volleyball Strength & Agility Training
Improve your game:
Participate in age appropriate strength training, conditioning, agility, plyometric, and power drills
Goals:
Improve athletes speed, power, and quickness

Wee Soccer
Basic skill of soccer and rules of the game will be taught in this fun, six-week class. Participants will work on drills as well as sportsmanship.
Wee Sports Sampler
Each week, children will play a different sport in a supportive environment. Emphasis will be on sportsmanship and skills. T-ball, basketball, and soccer are a few of the games we will be playing.
